Evening all, well I am some what confused (again) I have been running an air stone in my tank since I set up about 4 months ago, I have just been told that Nitrate will be more prevelant if you aireate your tank as the algea/bacteria will feed on the )2 rather than the Nitrates therfore making it a little more difficult to control, is this correct????????? I have never ever been able to get my Nitrate levels below 20 ppm and at times they have peaked at over 80 ppm
