how quickly can i raise my Ca levels?

well ive just done my first Ca test on my tank (for thoes of you who saw my last thread ive done it correctly this time )

and my level is 370ppm this i clearly to low how quickly can i rase it?
i have red sea calcium 3+ it contains calcium, strontium, molybdenum and iodine.

how much can i dose?

That is not really that bad, I keep mine at 400. What do the directions say?

I think that I would simply follow the instructions on the product as you are not that far off. Better safe than sorry.

its says 5ml every two weeks and ive been doing that and its not enuf, but its ok now i added twice that just now and my Ca is 420ppm so its cool.
ill test again in the moring and if its still there then i leave it till next week and test again and work out how much i need to add from there.
