Pic's of my 300 gal cube @ 1 year

Here are some pic's of my 300 a year later for up grading form my 180.

This was a year ago.

This is the tank to day

Right side of tank.

Left side.

Green Carpet.

Green toad stool.

Blastomusa/ OUT OF FOCUS sorry.


I wiil get some better pictures up soon as the battery is charged on my Minolta. The pics from my sony cyber shot never come out.

The tank is 48"x48"x36"

Mike, yes the pictures stink. IMO! I hop to take new one with me Minolta maxxum 7D. I think they will com out better do to the fact I know a little more about that camera.

I am all in favor of more pics. Looks like you have really grown to something pretty nice there Martin.
How do you like the 36" depth???? The one thing that I noticed is that you can really do some nice work aquascaping. I really like the way that one cap has grown out, in the second pic. Can you refresh our memory a little and tell us what kind of flow you have in there?

Charlie, A TON of flow. I have a dart for main pump! A hammer head for the bottom and back closed loop and a barracuda pump for the (top six outlets) closed loop. I have them running wide open and that may be why I have a micro bubble problem. I have not done the math to find out how many time the tank is turning over in a hour. However I guess it between 8-12 times a hour!? I think?

VERY nice pics (we want more -- like Charlie said!).

My fav of this first bunch (hint!) is the one marked "Left Side".

Things sure have GROWN for you in a year, huh?! Congrats!
