Sebae Anemone....
Hello to all, i am new to the forum and i hope u guys can help me out...i recently purchased a sebae from a LFS, it was moderately bleached and i was hoping to try and nurse it back to health, after putting it in the tank and it finally finding a spot it liked everything seemed well, however it wouldnt eat, then my large cleaner shrimp goes missing, the anemone is all sucked in now and the base of it seems to be shedding, a few minutes ago it expelled a brown ball of some sort from its mouth, resembling a hair ball, could that be my missing shrimp?!?! and also is the shedding normal?
thanks ![]() |

well i am embarrased, after my normally bold shrimp disappeared, i mean he even stays out when molting!! i assumed the worst, however moments after i posted the thread he appeared healthy as ever!! two days hiding is strange for him, so what is the reason behind the anemone shedding and sucking in, and the strange hairball thing???
all water parameters are fine?!?! |
