Smile General Questions/ Excited about my Tank.

ok- have a few questions about my tank/tank maintnance. First, is Instant Ocean a good Salt mix? Can anybody recomend something better? My tank is the JBJ 24g Nanocube Delux- Stock pump- don't know the ghp rate. Lighting is two 36 watt PC's. Rest of the specs can be found online easily. Filtration is stock except for the chemical filtration stage- the activated carbon bag has been replaced with two bags of Chem Biozorb pouches. Water chemistry is 0-0-0 for Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrates, ph at 8.2, Specific Gravity at 1.023, Temperature is at 77 degrees. Been doing 10% weekly water changes with small doses of Kent Coral-vite, Liquid Calcium, Super-buffer,Pro-Buffer, Ammonia Detox, Strontium & Molybdenum, Iodine, and Essential trace Elements. And by small I mean half the recomended dose once a week. Is this a good dosing schedule? Anybody have any recomendations on how much to dose and when? Suggestions on better products? Is Kent a good brand? Just looking for ways to better fine-tune my regiment. Thanks in advance!

P.S. For those curious, here's a list of the Animals currently residing in it.

    P.s.s.

If it's any indicator, the Unknown hermit is tan colored with blue antannae.

    Re: P.s.s.

Instant Ocean is the most widely used salt, and is just fine to use. A couple of things:
    1. Your Specific Gravity is lower than most keep their reef. The norm is 1.025. I would work on raising it slowly to this over the next few weeks.
    2. Your temp is also lower than what most keep. Target for 80, and again slowly increase to this.
    3. You are dosing a lot of stuff that you do not need to. Your weekly water changes are good, and then I would suggest only dosing a good 2-part calcium and alkalinity supplement such as B-Ionic or Ocean Blend. Drop everything else.
