Southdown in Pittsburgh PA?
Anyone know where i can get southdown in pittsburgh? Or what the bags it comes in look like so i can look for my self?

I got mine at the HD in East Liberty. I wouldn't go there for anything else. The people were rude. But they had Southdown! HTH
How much do you need? I think I might have 1 or 2 extra bags.  Joanne

All i need is enough to do a DSB in a 20 gallon tank. I work right next to a HD, i am going to check it out tommorow. If they dont have it how much would it take for you to part with the SD bags?

Hi Guys,
Let me tell you about my SD saga in Western PA. I live in little Washington, 'bout 45 minutes south of Pgh. I went to several HD's in the area to inquire and always got the same response, " I've never heard of Southbound ". Finally, in desperation, I got on Hd's website and started calling in larger and larger circles. East Liberty had none but they did have 16 bags in Monroeville. Sorry to say, BTL, I bought it all. I suggest you try my technique and use the store locator on the HD website and let your fingers do the walking. Gene  |

Actually, now that I think about it, there were 4 bags with holes in them that I left there last weekend. Maybe they're still there.
