Also, Should i go with the regular osc. clowns or go for an individual maroon clown? Do you think the gammas will mess with them? Should i do the rearrange the rock thing also?

I think Maroon are big and mean. They will give the RG lots of problem. I keep a group of 5 RG and Ocellaris or Percula clown without any problem.
