It's Cerith snail eggs. They lay their egg strands at night. They usually start a couple of hours after the lights go out.

cool what is the chance that they will survive?
The eggs will become swimming larvae, assuming they aren't eaten first. Once the larvae have developed to the point that they are ready to settle, they will need the correct cue to trigger settlement. Then they will have to survive metamorphosis.
The odds of this happening successfully in a typical reef aquarium are virtually zero.
