i think i killed my bacteria

i have a marineland penguin power filter with the bio wheel as my source of filtration. woke up one night and turned it off cuz the fan was clogged and was making a bunch of weird noises. few days later i remember i turned it off that night. ( i was 80% asleep when this happened) so question is... is all my bacteria on the wheel and filter dead?! do i have to start over 7 months of bacteria building?? my nitrates are still undetectable though

You'll be just fine... don't worry about a thing.
