Is there a way?
Hey all again,
Just wondering if there is a way to get a soft coral off the small piece of the rock its on? Just want to get it to attach to a larger piece of live rock Thanks heaps. |

Re: Is there a way?
Gentle peeling? Might depend on the coral, I know it's fairly easy with leathers and xenias...

I don't think I would try it. Instead I would try to use super glue to place the smaller rock on a larger rock.

Re: Is there a way?
I've managed to peel star polyps zoanthids and parazoanthids, Xenia and a Sarcophyton and a cabbage leather off of rocks successfully. If you can get a corner of the tissue up and can gently work your fingers underneath it you may be able to do so but like weez said it depends on what your dealing with. If you can't get it you can always do as Scott suggested.
