Is it pods that i am seeing?

Its to bad that i don't have a picture but everyday i see these little white things all over my glass i don't see it moving. It actually looks like dust that is inside the tank but obviously not. Just picture cleaning a piece of black furniture after a week you can obviously see the dust that is what it looks like. Are these pods or is it something else?

It's hard telling what exactly you do see without a picture... Having said that, the "pods" would certainly be moving organisms.
Here's some links for you to the articles describing "pods" and other small things you may find in the aquarium.
Amphipods

You Can't Tell Your "Pods" Without A Program by Ronald L. Shimek, Ph.D. - Reefkeeping.com

There are more, of course, but I think those should provide enough information for starters so you can distinguish between the copepods and amphipods.

More than likely they are indeed pods. If you watch closely they will move around. Thank the pod god!

If they are pods, you will see them moving.
