    Sump help!

when i first bought my juwell trigion 350 corner tank i placed it in the corner in the living room and pushed it up too close to the wall foolishly only leaving a 6cm gap all the way around. now i want to set up a sump but my tank isn't drilled and i think my gap is too small for a overflow box. Any ideas anyone? please!

Click my avatar to see my tank, it's getting so perdy!!

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach him how to fish and you get rid of him all weekend.

I agree, at least empty it enough so it is movable. I moved 110g tank when it was half empty with the help of couple of people. Lucky for me it is on the tiled floor so we were able to slide it mostly without much difficulties.
    Kind regards,

    Gene.

I couldn't agree more with what is said, empty the tank enough to move it and retrofit it with an external overflow.

You could try for a custom overflow box, but that would probably be more trouble than it's worth... bust out the buckets.

Just tell your wife that having a tank teaches you all sorts of new DIY skills...which will save lots of money around the house...so you can buy more stuff for your tank...so you can learn more skills...
