clown belly

my clown fish oclleris clown i have to and the smallest one is really big in the bell has bee like this for 2 weeks still eat a lot but even when i havent fed them in 2 days it still big

Lee will probably tell you to put him alone in a QT and treat for worms or something. You should get a head start and try to get him in a separate tank right away!
