I will post more as plumbing and room fixing get done....

why I chose acrylic.... clarity, able to polish a scratch, weight. My tank is overbuilt at 3/4" thickness w/ 2x 2" CL drains 8 CL returns , 2x1.5" main drains + 1.5" backup drain and 2x1" main returns .

2 sequence darts for CL's
2 OM 4 ways for returns
2 eheims returns
1 Bubblemaster 250 (new model) w/gate valve
main tank is 270g 72"x36"x24"
sump is 125g 48"x30"x20"

TPSV =395g (Total Possible System Volume)

? for you ret, when you say "polish a scratch," what if your scratch is on the inside at the bottom of the glass on the front? How would you polish that? Reason why I ask is because I have an acrylic tank and have many scratches but dont feel like taking the whole tank apart....

I agree with Charlie on the image quality, it is not bad at all but benefit if you had the camera on the tripod and bumped up shutter speed or ISO.

On a side note, I like the coral alot!

well I've got a hammer too ... but it deep in the rocks and only occasionally seen..

i'm only working with a point and shoot so not sure if I can speed up the shutter. i'll check it and see.

well sorry folks this tank is coming down quicker then it was put up... due to unfortunate...but better in the long run circumstances... I may find a smallish cube until we buy another house... to put this one up again if it does not sell...
