dead Anemone

ok, how much damage did i do to my tank. an anemone i had bought has died after 1 week. i wasn't sure it was dying but after reading i decided it was so i tried to lift him from the tank and he basically desintegrated i quickly got some tubing and started to suck out the pieces and the white stuff that came from the anemone but there is definately a white cloudyness to the water. it appears to be clearing somewhat but still has a smokey look to it.

will other things start dying?

is there anything i can do at this point?

When things perish in the tank it will boost your ammonia and nitrate readings along with phosphates. high levels of these will cause damage to other tank inhabitants. If i was you i would do a 30 percent water change and run some activated carbon in a filter sock and make sure ur protein skimmer is functioning properly.
