    Aiptasia in zoo colony

I just noticed an Aiptasia in a new zoo colony. Just one. Can suggestions to get rid of it? Peperment shrimp isn't an option, since I have fish that love to eat shrimp.

I would use some kalk paste. I use about a tablespoon of Kalk, to about a teaspoon or less of RO water. Then you can use a dropper or spoon to spread the paste over the spot. The downside to this, is you have to remove the rock for application.

How long until I can put the rock back in the tank? Do I have to rince first?

I would just turn off most of the flow and nuke the little turd. Use kalk paste, Joe's Juice just seemed to spread them around for me.

Joe's Juice. It worked like a charm for me. I killed 6-8 of them with one shot a piece. Simple application as well.

Should I remove th kalk paste, or will it go away on its own?

    Re: Aiptasia in zoo colony

It will eventually fade away.... Or get covered with coralline.
