It's still not the best pic no offense.....the first thing that popped into my head was something from the genus Euphyllia.

I agree w/ samper....need a better pic....my first thought was maybe some polyps of some sort....zooanthid maybe...but its all a stab in the dark. Do the polyp looking things sway in water movement or stay somewhat ridgid? If they sway then they are likely to be a Euphylia like Chuck said

here are some much better photos, the more i look at it, the more it looks like an anemone(just not sure what kind). but i am not sure. And yes, the tenticles do sway in the current, and when i move the rock, it shrivels up.
Yeah... I think it's in the euphyllia genus. My guess is that it is like a green torch coral. Does it have like a skeleton near the base?if not, then it might be a majano anemone that you would want to exterminate. But if it is a euphillia, then you are very lucky because then you got a nice lps coral for free! try inviting a friend over that is knowledgable about fish and let him observe it. But i would just leave it and wait till it grows.
