Candy Cane Mounting?
I have a small frag of candy cane coral and right now it is sitting in a crevice of the LR. Should I mount this to a piece of LR or is itfine sitting in the crevice?

Re: Candy Cane Mounting?
Either way is good as long as it doesn't fall out. I usually just stick it in a crevice so I can move it if I want.
I actually have one big one in a crevice close to the bottom, one small one mounted to the rock work towards the top of the tank and one set in a crevice high up in the tank. |

Re: Candy Cane Mounting?
I have done this a million time. All candy cane has dead skeleton below the head. You can use gel superglue the skeleton to the live rock. Make sure to not get any on the flesh is very important and don't take the candy cane out longer than 5 mins.
