The Rocky Mountain Reef Club just had it's 2nd meeting Sun. July 1st. WOW!, was I surprised. I have a 72gl. Bow Front reef tank with fish, corals, live rock, etc.
The meeting topic was coral propagation. Which, I admit didn't sound to exciting to me because I thought it was more difficult that it really was.
Brian hosted the meeting and choose several corals from his own tank. Then he showed us how to cut, snip, super glue, epoxy, etc. the corals as appropiate. Also, demonstrated how to easily attach Colt, etc. corals to live rock.
He really made it simple to learn. THANKS! Brian. I can't wait to get some live rock to propagate my over abundance of large colt corals. Look out LFS, Hal's coming to trade.
If you live in the Denver CO. area, don't miss out on joining the Rocky Mountain Reef Club.
