I've bought the three smallest sizes and I feed a small portion (1/3 spoon from Salifert test kit) of each size (total of about 1/16 to 1/8 tsp) to my tank (90g tank/20g sump) every other day.
You should feed very very carefully! These foods are loaded with nutrition. You can then slowly build up to more. I think that Scott Passe is now feeding 1 whole tsp per day, which is incredible! However, I believe, he took a year to get to that level. mgk |

Hi Reefmack
welcome to RL!I think it depends on the micron level too. I usually feed my corals Coral Heaven from IPSF 1-2x a week I just got some GP's (thanx Sue ) and I just started using it tonite....I watched some of my corals they really had great polyp expansion I did about 1/4 tsp mixed into about 1-2 cups of tankwater ....I Hope that wasnt 2 much! I too have a 90gal w/20refug. and the refug has about 12+ frags in there (xenia, green shrooms, colts, sacrophytons) and they appeared to be thriving on the feeding frenzy. SPASSE how much do you recommend? and also do you feed the SPS, LPS and Softies all with golden pearls size 100-200 micron?
