It's either Alveopora or Goniopora. The difference is that Alveopora has 12 tentacles on the polyp and Goniopora has 24.
I think it is Alveopora as I counted tentacles on one polyp and it appears to be 12. Both corals are pretty hard to keep alive long term so I suggest you do some research and lots of reading.
