I had a ton of these too at one time and I just manually removed them until I didn't see any. They were all over my clam like flies to poop! Now I have a sixline wrasse to do the work for me but so far I don't think he's found any![]()

looking at them under a magnifying glass they look exactly like that with no "trapdoor" as they call it
great now what to do and how to tell once they are gone
You just have to pick them off with your fingers or tweezers and eventually they're gone, it didn't take that long really. My clam was always being targeted so every 2-3 days I'd take him out and pick off dozens at a time them after a few weeks there were only a few and then none!
Or you can go out and get yourself a sixline wrasse but I heard they don't always go after them.

if you just bought the snails on friday and they just hitchhiked on the snails alone and werent in your tank to begin with. hurry up and pick them off and with any luck they have not left the snails yet.

yeah but I"ve had some other paralyzed snail so I'm not sure when I got them
