Pic is a little fuzz, but it is either a sponge or a sea squirt. Should not be problem.
Sounds kinda exciting I guess, are these a good sign that my tank is going in the right direction
It's hard to tell from your photo but it could be a juvenile tunicate (sea squirt). Is there a side opening (exhalent siphon) similar to the top opening (inhalent siphon) that is visible in the picture?

I will try to get better pics tomarrow evening and will the get any color to them or are the just plain and boring
If they are tunicates, they come in a variety of colors. Obviously yours are sort of plain and colorless. Chances are they won't last very long anyway.

Yup, looks like a sea squirt to me too, I had a ton of these in my tank a little while back and they just slowly disappeared.

Click my avatar to see my tank, it's getting so perdy!!
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach him how to fish and you get rid of him all weekend.
