my colt coral has turned from pink to a blueish color this morning and its stem is half of its normal diameter. all of my water parameters are just fine i know what they should be. what could cause this change?
thanks in advance

I hate to advise without a list of your water parameters but if they are at the proper levels this may be no big deal. Do you mind to list them? Also have you changed bulbs recently or made any changes to the system?
I have a few colts and they sometimes shrink and expand and slightly change shades of color at different times of day. Usually they are shrunk up in the mornings but by mid day look completely normal.

sure bud,
no bulb or changes made or anything
nitrite nitrate ammonia 0 ppm
ph 8.0 (a tad low for me, im normaly at 8.2)
ca 430 ppm
dkh 8 before i put some b-ionic in today, i like my dkh around 10 (added b-ionic after noticing the coral looking sick)
po4 0 ppm
SG 1.024 (i know 25 or 26 is better, but i go out of town for 3ish days alot and come back with 2 inches of evaporation so i'd rather err on the low side than it being 1.028 when i get back)
paramaters are as they normaly are, i understand that this "balls up" normaly at night, thats not the circumstance. right now it is fully extended as any other day, but shriveled up blueish and now slumped over at the base so its basicly laying down.
i may have found a reason, in this photo you can see it mid tank to the right kind of hiding behind some live rock. to its right is a candy cane coral and i noticed sweepers that extend far enough to touch it. dont know if thats the problem but they have been there for some time with no issues.
