Well I asked because in my case I think it has taken longer, i didn't really record it's first appearance though. So i could just be thinking it's taken longer than it really has. I wasn't really cleaning it off much either until recently too. I'm using what I believe to be RO/DI water from the supermarket, it's the kind you fill your own bottles from their processing station. It might not be DI just RO and UV sterilized. But I don't want to hijack the thread if it continues I'll make my own.

At Wal-Mart it's R.O. water that passes through a UV sterilizer as it is dispensed.
