I was wondering if this is slime algea!! I always thought slime algea was red. If this is slime slime alea, what is the best way to get ride of it? If it is not slime algea, then what is it?? I dont know if you can tell by the picture, but what you are looking at are air bubles that or just so big they are not normal, and they attach to things.
I hope I was clear at explaining my situation.

I don't see anything but bubbles, which could be oxygen being produced by algae starting to form on the glass (perfectly normal) or by having air bubbles stick to the glass coming from a skimmer or pump.
