Help my stock my new tank!
I have a 30 gallon Biocube and I have already put up a 110 gallon reef tank.. 6 years ago... so I am not new to SW but I am new to a small aquarium which is alot diff. since I only have had like 6 fish in my 110 at once.. so I was never really limited when it came to fish.. now being in a 30 gallon... I just want to make a good aquarium. The biocube has reef lighting.. I am going to do LR.. and so far I was thinking... 2 clowns, 2 green chromis, a goby, and a lemon peel angel. What do you think? and I would really like some suggestions. I will have some coral but not alot..

Re: Help my stock my new tank!
The tank is a little too small for the lemon peel angel and that species is more problematic with corals than some of the other dwarf angels. About the only dwarf angel I would recommend for a 30-gal tank would be Centropyge argi. It's the smallest and also the safest with corals.

Quote:
For a 30-gal reef tank, try to stick with fish that are no larger than 2-3" when fully grown. Make sure they are not aggressive (territorial) fish because a 30-gal is not enough room for separate territories. Don't include more than one fish of the same body shape, coloration, eating habits, etc., because the tank isn't large enough and they will fight with each other. And, of course, make sure they are reef-aquarium safe.
