I moved your post to the Reef Aquariums Forum where they discuss non-fish marine life. You posted originally in the fish forum. It sounds like a pod or invertebrate of some sort. Others may be able to help.
Thanks for posting!

How long has your tank been set up?
What are the parameters of the water?
Please describe the type of set up your have, pumps, filtration, sump and such.
The fleas are most likely pods, which are harmless.
erm new to this so sorry if its not what u are asking for, its a 200 ltr tank its has 150 kilo of live rock with hermin crabs and snails, water is at 1025 salt level amonia is 0 nitite is 0 nitrate is 12 the tank is 7 weeks old, i have a filter under tank that contans a spunge, carbon and some white stuff for the bacteria to grow on, i change 1/8 water a week. these white fle like things are about 1mm in size and walk all over glass and rocks but seem to also float around and jump and are very fast moving. also on my snails shells they have amall white things that look like mini volcanos on them with the tops seem to open and close with some kind of litlle fitler thing pops out the middle, are these any thing to worry about. my fish seemed to rub them selves on the rocks and had white spots on the fins so im guessing it was itch?![]()
I'm not sure it's possible to put 330 lbs. of live rock into a 50 gallon tank.
All the little critters you are describing are good for your tank, leave them be!
Unquarantined fish = dead fish in most cases. Most fish you will buy will come with some sort of parasite, ich, worms, infection etc...that's why you have to quarantine ALL the fish you buy for at least a month before putting them in your display tank.
Don't add anymore fish to your tank because now it is also infected.
You need to read ALL the stickys:

Click my avatar to see my tank, it's getting so perdy!!
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach him how to fish and you get rid of him all weekend.
Also, a seven week old tank is to soon to add fish. The tank is still cycling even though your params seem normal.
What type of fish did you have in it?
Patience is the golden key to this hobby, you go to fast and you throw away your money as you kill livestock.
The little volcanoes could be barnacles. They will die off in our systems. Nothing to worry about.
