I've been doing corals for 5 months so far. I was bored with fish. I'm having a blast. Here are two sets of photos (this post and the following.)

scubadude: I have 2 X 65W PC 8800K bulbs and 2 X 55W PC 03 actinics. When I've taken the Colt out to frag it, it looks pink even under the desk light (Philips Soft White, 100W
)chromis: I'm embarrassed to say that I don't know what species the Elegance is. I just went by what my LFS owner told me. Thanks for the nice comments. |

Tcook:
Beautiful corals and beautiful picture! I shot mine with a Nikon CoolPix 990 and a monopod. My tank lighting is only PC lighting, so the exposures are somewhat long. I shot them on full auto with no manual adejustments for white balance, etc. I wish my sand was as clean as yours. I've got alot of Red Slime in the sand. I'm thinking about buying a Queen Conch to eat it all. |
