How much Red gracillaria & cheato is enough?

I am not sure is this the right place to ask following question.

I have a round ball of red Gracillaria growing out of a rock. Size of Gracillaria is around 7 cm diameter. Cheato seems to stay in the tank floor is around 6 cm diameter. They are all in the sump tank under 24*7 light and growing, especially the gracillaria.

Tank size 70 gallon.

Please let me know how much algae is enough? Any quick calculation or rule of thumb?

Hello,
Chaetomorpha does best when lit 12 hours. When your nitrates read 0ppm you have the right amount.
