Alka Vs Ca ?

I have a new 180 set up for about 4 1/2 months now and bought a ca reactor and my levels for alka and ca remain about he same. I would like to get my alka up a little bit higher but haven't been able to accomplist this.

My alka stays about 9.0 dKh and ca 420ppm. Any suggestions?

My tank is about 90% SPS's

Barry

I have a Ca reactor and my alk and ca stay in the same range as yours. Why do you want to raise the Alk? You can do it by using another buffer or doubling up on part 1(if that is the buffer part) of your two part solution.
