Need Help With Tree Coral!!

I have had this leather tree coral in my tank for 3+ years and up until a week ago it has been very happy with good growth.

Aquarium:
Size-55 gal
Temp-77-79 F
Salinity- .0235-.024
Lighting- Coralife Compact 10,000k

Here's what i've changed in the last week:
Added some inverts-scarlets, turbos, emeralds and 1 brittle starfish.
Added 1 orangespot goby.
Added 1 zenia coral.

I also covered 3/4 of the aquarium top with glass because the orange spot goby can be a jumper. All my other corals appear to be fine.

Any ideas as to what could be wrong and is there a cure?

You say that you just added glass to the top. Double check the temperature if you didn't already. Make sure the xenia isn't too close to it. Sometimes corals "fight" each other chemically. Other than those two things, I can't really help you. Sorry and good luck.
