looks like a mostly dead frogspawn or something close to it.
The skeletal formation look a lot like sun corals (Tubastrea) but I've never seen any with pink tentacles and white tips. When you first received it what color was the flesh and tentacles? If the tentacles are coming out then it's a good sign but it looks like your coral is heading downhill fast. Perhaps, try target feeding it.

Hello,
It is a member of the Galaxea genus perhaps the astreata species. Be sure to give it plenty of space from other corals at it has the ability to produce sweeper tentacles of 6" or more (usually at night). Moderate to high light and low to moderate water flow will suit it well. It can do well under high output fluorescents or metal halide lighting.
