Was that supposed to be 1 to 1-1/2" long?

... long tubular body with anemone tenicles with curled tips...
How long were the "anemone tentacles" relative to the length of the body? Were they perhaps one-third as long as the body or shorter or longer than that? Were they located on top of the rear one-third of the body? Were there two antennae-looking things protruding forward from the head end of this thing?

    ...greyish body with white spots...
Do you know what a nudibranch looks like?

Okay, so one-third of the dorsal (top) side of this creature has something sticking up, right?

If it's a nudibranch (there are thousands of them), it should have two antenna-looking things coming off the head and it should have exposed gills (branks) on its dorsal side (the back or top side looking down), placed towards the rear, or at least past the halfway point between the front end and the rear end.

It's the exposed gills that I thought you might be describing as looking like anemone tentacles. If it doesn't have exposed gills, then it could be a sea slug that is not a nudibranch.

If it's a nudibranch, then I would remove it because all nudibranchs, without exception, are carnivores.

Nudibranchs are specialized feeders. Most often when one hitchhikes in on a coral, it's because that coral genus is its prey.
