Probably a spaghetti worm, they usually burrow their body into the sand, and extend the tentacles into the water.
It is unusual to see one on the glass. Do you have a sandbed in there?

Yeah 3". Course coral on the bottom and fine fine coral on top. Hmm must have come in some rock. Seem to see a lot of sponges and fanworms that I never bought. All is good though?
