Snail Egg Growth Pics

I found these snail eggs in one of my tanks on 7/13. Here is a growth progression

7/13 - The hash marks are millimeters

7/15 - You can see the embryos dividing

7/18 - you can see more division and the formation of some shells

As you can see, some of the egg mass has been lost, but a majority is still intact.

Are you protecting the eggs somehow to prevent them from becoming hors d'ourves? (It's not in the spell check dictionary.)

There are no predators in the tank, so I hope they will make it till they hatch. This is one of my coral prop tanks, and these tiny snails reproduce prolifically.
