Tonight I noticed my cleaner shrimp "cleaning" my green open brain. Not just the outside, but he was reaching inside one of the mouths. Is this bad? Or is this normal? I do not recall seeing him reach inside before. Thank you.

I think you should get that cleaner shrimp out of there before your green open brain bites it. I have heard that cleaner shrimp can attack corals such as green brains, I wouldn't trust it if it is actually reaching inside the mouth. It may just be curious but it may be looking for a snack. I'd say get it out just to be safe, on a different note I don't think corals get cleaned by shrimp. HTH
