Absecon is in Atlantic County, next to Atlantic City and I am in Middlesex County (Central Jersey). I would say it would be about 2.5-3 hours ride if you stay with the speed limit, and I try lately very hard.

Friend of mine build gorgeous new home in Delaware (for retirement purposes) and I am thinking of doing the same in a few years. It;s just this days keeping more than two homes (and I already have two primal residences) is impossible without going completely broke.

In any case, if the rock is completely cured there shouldn't be any problems of puting it directly in your display. I've done it numerous times, up to 20-30 lbs. at a time, without any problems. Just check for any hitchhikers that you rather stayed some place else. ;)
