New to This

Hey all,

I am about to start my salt water aquarium back up which i havent done since i was in highschool (15+ years).

The problem is i do not remember anything! Does anyone know of a great text guide somewhere on setting up your aquarium?

i remember waiting like a month before gettting fish but i dont remember waiting too long for live rock. what is the normal wait time?

I would start with the nitrogen cycle and progress from there. If you have any questions that need extra help then go right ahead and ask.
I'm not sure on any actual books to recommend, since I did most of my research online.
What size tank are you starting?

Hello to all

I am having an issue with a fish a bought. She is a Koran Angel, about 3". She seems to be loosinng her color, so I thought she was transforming from juv. to adult, but now she seems to be off. So I am thinking Ich, but have never seen any spots on her or the Flame Angel. She flashes, likes to hang out around the filter, and almost lays in a nook on a rock I ahve in there. The tank is 36 gallons, filtered by under gravel(ya ya it is what I have recent move gave my live rock to a friend), I have been testing the water every few days all seems great, I have been feeding them sea weed salad.

Tell me if I am way off, I have always had a healthy tank and she just seems odd to me. This is the first koran i have had????? She almost seems like she is sleepinng or laying on this area for a reason. Is there any way it might be something other than ich?? I started treatment with an all natural melafix, is this the right way?? I have read other post and it seems like I should be doing something else?? Please help, like you all my fish are my babies.
