nnew lights /halides?ballast? not working/should ballast make noise? i bought off ebay new 250 watt halide/4 39 watt t5s, all is workin but halides, ive had them for a few days just hooked it up and the ballast sounded like it wasd comin on upon switching on then nothing like i blew a fuse or something. should the ballast make a noise? or noise while on? does it have a fuse? could it be the bulb? does it need to warm up? any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!! thanks in advance!!!
