nice tank!
is that a Maxima or Crocea clam? Reagardless, they are boring clams and should be placed on the rocks.Do you find that it likes it better on the sediment?
Cheers,
Joe
Congratulations! Your tank is coming along very nicely.
You may need to find a new home for your Naso Tang once it gets larger. Have the Yellow Tang and the Purple Tang accepted each other?

Your tank looks very nice and noticed that your coraline algae really took off.

The clam is a Maxima and it seems to be quite content on the sand. It is under 740 watts of lighting.
Ninong,
There are two Purple Tangs with the Yellow and they seem to get along quite well. They bicker occasionally but all are un-scared after three months. With the Naso we will just have to wait till it grows up to see how things go. We had a very large one in a 110g reef tank at work for months until we sold him and all was fine. Time will tell. Fortunately finding him a new home is not a problem.
Thanks,
Joe
