I don't believe there is anything wrong with your coral. Perhaps it is simpky acclimating to the new location(different light/water flow, etc.).
Is it still showing polyps or is it covered with a waxy-like substance (mucous coat)?
Sarcophyton sp. corals shedd mucous coats frequently in aquariums, during those times they do not expand as much and look often quite "dead". It should bounce back soon enough.
Also, when posting questions like yours it would be very helpful if you'd post more about your aquarium:
lighting type, water parameters and such.
