New addition

This pic is really for the newbies (like me). For you seasoned guys it's just another mushroom, but I am pretty excited about it. I got it in the (everythng in this tank is $19.95) from the LFS. It was under MH lights and probably getting too much of a sun tan, as all of the shrooms were about the size of a nickle. This is 24 hours later and the middle one is larger than a silver dollar! That's what I did on Valentines Day. Sad I know.

nice shrooms! but did you say "not like xenia"?..... i like shrooms and have a few flavors, but i will say. they are like xenia! those suckers grow just as fast and spead like xenia. i wake up with green stripe and purple shrooms under my pillows, in my shoes, tooth brush holder....give em time....all kidding aside, they are very pretty. i found that some phyto plankton and oyster feast make them go nuts!

Back when I was running a 14 gallon bio cube, I bought an oyster shell with 8 green shrooms, with in 6 months I had over 30, Hope Steve's fairly close. He can buy the extras from you

The distance between Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio is approximately 140 miles.

When the time comes I'll be happy to frag some. I've never done that but I'm sure I will figure it out with some help from the group here. It's probably easy to set a plug or mount next to these things and just let them grow on to it. Wishful thinking no doubt.
