Flowrate for SPS corals?

What type of circulation is needed to sustain SPS corals? I'm aware that they require more circulation and current than others, but how much circulation is needed?
55 gallon reef tank
2 Koralia 600 GPH powerheads
Sump/Refugium/Skimmer w/ 500 GPH pump
600 GPH rated overflow box

Will this be able to sustain an SPS environment?

upgrade to K-3's, and get at least 1 more
Is your tank drilled or are you using a h.o.t. overflow box???????

If its drilled just upgrade your return pump to a mag 9.5 or 12, if you are using the hang on tank overflow you will need to upgrade the overflow box as well

SPS require a lot of flow, research sps care here in the forums and you will find alot of good info on keeping and caring for these wonderful creatures
