Can someone PLEASE help with this saltwater tank???

125g four 34" GLO Lights 39W each and factory light that came with the tank. (factory has blue light)
Temp is 78
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
Amo Looks to be 0
PH 8.4
And also I do see air bubbles comming from the sand bed. I dont know if you should have air there but there is. And I cant seem to grow coraline. All I ever get is the blooms on the sand that look brown..

the third bar is actually a shade or two darker, I've got the same test kit here at home, they ain't the best but they do work.

Well I am in the middle of building my new system, but my old system I had one of those phospate reactors with half phospate reducer and the other half carbon and my tank was crystal clear.

I am building a 180 gallon from a 90 and will add a second container and daisy chain it off the same pump. One will be filled with phospate powder and the other will be carbon.
