Where Are My Peppermint Shrimp?

Two weeks ago, I acclimatized and introduced two Peppermint Shrimp to my tank. They scurried into the LR structures, and I haven't seen them since.

Is this normal behavior for Peppermint Shrimp? Is there any way to lure them out into the open so I can see if they are alive?

(I have a Brittle Starfish who disappeared for four months, and then appeared one night looking much larger.)

They're naturally nocturnal but usually they will begin coming out in the daytime after they get used to the tank.

I added 2 in my 55 and never seen them again. I think its my coral banded shrimp having dinner. When I moved my stuff to the 125 they were never found.

My 5 peppY's only come out when its feeding time and at night.
If you have a coral banded you can bet hes involved. I had one take out a cleaner and two peppy's in less than 10 minutes. Those "kung Fu" lookin pinchers are very sharp.
