    Opinions on rockwork (w/pictures)

I am not sure I like my current set-up. I am considering alternatives. Most of them involve either pushing the rock structure, however it ends up, back to almost the rear pane to take advantage of 30" depth somehow.(sandbed-wise)
Or....cover up the overflow with a tower of rock on a slant, then another structure of some kind elsewhere..detatched.

    Thoughts? Opinions?

Would you live in a moderate size house with no bathroom? if not, then do what is right! Let your tank cycle for one month. Respect the fish! ;)

It looks very good to me, but if you don't like it, you could try making it the way you like it. either way thats a very nice tank right there.

    I see three different shots

    Eagles,

When it comes to aquascaping it pretty much boils down to a couple of things, actually 2
    1. what is best for what you eventually want to keep in your tank
    2. What is pleasing to your eye.

Many of us will tell you that we have aquascaped our tanks many, many times in an effort to find the perfect scape, ain't gonna happen, it's part of the hobby, figure out what you want to keep and their flow requirements and figure out what is gonna be your eye candy scape, mix the 2 and hope for the best.
    Tanks,
    Robert

LPS and SPS with clams as well. I went and redid the rock I had to cover the overflow. I will be buying some more rock for a formation on the right side leaving a tunnel from front to back(30") that winds.
This will give me sandbed space for clams and some lps and rockwork at various heights(including some high up spots) for sps.(mostly stags and monti's)

    I'll take pics tonight.

The left side will have its' base come out a little towards the front left still and the right side structure will get a little higher and curl further towards the front middle.
