I wouldn't do that if I were you, especially in such a small aquarium. The banded coral shrimp can be quite aggressive. I think it would be much better to get a pair of shrimp of the same species. If you choose to go with scarlet cleaner shrimp (Lysmata amboinensis), then any two will do because they're hermaphroditic. If you choose banded coral shrimp (Stenopus hispidus), then you have to be very careful to not get two males. These shrimp are not hermaphroditic, so you will need one male and one female. The females are much larger than the males when they are mature.

could i get more than two scarlet cleaner shrimp? and are there any other shrimp that i could easily keep with 1 or 2 scarlet cleaners?
You could keep most other shrimp other than banded coral shrimp with them but I wouldn't if I were you in that size aquarium. Shrimp are naturally territorial and they need their separate space to do their thing. I think you would be better off with just two of the same species.
