Looks good so far. You've got a lot of livestock in there for a 1 month old tank though. You might want to consider taking it much slower and allowing the tank to mature. It is especially important if you're aiming for a reef tank. Good things happen slow and bad things happen fast in this hobby. Also, is that crushed coral? If it is, it could give you problems controlling nitrates in the future. Some do have success with crushed coral. Just a heads up.
You may also want to employ a quarantine process for new additions. It will save a lot of headaches caused by parasites and/ or disease.
Keep at it and I look forward to watching your progress!

Im deffenitely going to hold off on adding more live stock for a while. I had a hard time getting my ammonia and nitrates to zero out, Im thinking that was because I added too much @ once. I also have a emerald crab that I havent been able to get a good picture of yet. The substrate is :CaribSea Florida Crushed Coral. As far as new live stock I have heard the term, "freshwater dip" and Im not exactly sure what it means. Another thing that Im wondering about is live rock, I've only got about 8 pounds in there right now and have been told that I want to eventually have around 20 pounds. Since my tank is cycled would it be better to add the rest all at once or one peice at a time? Thanks
