live rock help!!!

I have a 125gal reef tank with about 80 pounds of rock . It is infested with the little snails that make the tube and put out the cobb web,green bubble algea,aptasias, ... I had 70 pounds i had in my 65 gal and shut the tank down 2 years ago because my prize sailfin died . So, i bleached the rock and started back up a year ago. Well, i got every thing goin and got ten pounds of live rock from LFS and it seeded all my rock with all these nasties . I am going to take out the crushed coral i have in the bottom. I have started cooking half of my rock. After it is dun cookin i will do the other half and then order 100pounds of base rock . I am no expert so if there is a better way to do this please help!!

m... I would cook em... bcz of the bubble algea.. Do you have space outside to cure the rocks?
